Professional Female looking for flat

Hi there!

I'm graduating this year from university and am staying in Sheffield to work. I'm wanting a 1-bedroom flat ideally in the S10 or S11 area, but am open to looking elsewhere should this search prove difficult.

I'm a quiet and clean individual looking for a calm and relaxing environment to live in. I don't drive so won't need a designated parking space or garage. I am a big cook too so a good kitchen would be a huge plus!

My budget is not huge unfortunately, so am open to having a look at some 2-bedroom apartments if any of these would fit my criteria also. Am also open to looking at apartments slightly outside my budget should they be perfect.

Am able to move in from the 30th of June onwards with a minimum of 1 year tenancy :)
