Hi! I’m relocating to Birmingham City Centre for work and am looking for a studio, 1‑bed flat, or a friendly flatshare. My original accommodation fell through at short notice, so I’m hoping to find something as soon as possible.

- Full‑time working professional (Monday–Friday)
- Respectful, tidy, and very mindful of other people’s space
- Social and easy to get along with — always up for a chat in the shared living area, but equally happy giving people their space
- Relocating for work, so ideally looking for somewhere calm, comfortable, and well‑connected

What I’m Looking For
- Birmingham City Centre or walkable nearby areas
- Studio / 1‑bed OR a flatshare with like‑minded professionals
- Ideally furnished, but open to options
- Ready to move ASAP due to last‑minute change in plans
