PhD student moving to St Andrews

I’ll be moving to St Andrews to start my PhD in Sustainable Development. A little bit about me: I’ve just turned 27, I’m a clean and organised person, who is often social but also respects (and values solo time). I’m quite active, I run and go to pilates and the gym etc. and also love reading and baking.

Ideally I'm looking to move into an en-suite double room in a flat/house with people of a similar age and preferably female, but open to mixed houses. I’m looking to move in with people who are tidy, respectful and occasionally open to hosting at the house and comfortable with friends visiting (always with prior notice).

I'm a non-smoker and respectfully cannot live with smoking/vaping in or around the house. I would also like to avoid people with strongly right-wing beliefs/politics. I’m vegetarian but don’t mind living with people who aren’t.
