I’m looking for a double room or a studio flat (preferably bills included) in Poole/Bournemouth (near Poole Bus Station/town center) or Bristol (close to the City Centre / good transport links). I’m open to either area due to study/work opportunities.

I’m a college student studying five days a week, so I have a steady routine and I’m usually out during the day.

I’m clean, tidy, respectful and reliable — quiet at home, and I always pay rent on time. I’m also friendly, positive and easy-going — I enjoy a good vibe at home, but I’m always respectful of people’s space and privacy.

Rent payment:
My rent is supported through Universal Credit and I can provide any relevant documents/information if needed.
