Hey there,
We are an Australian couple looking for a double room to rent/sublet. We would prefer an en suite or our own bathroom. Preferred areas are deansgate/castlefield, Salford (close to city centre), Salford quays, Cornbrook, Pomona, Ancoats New Islington, or anywhere in/very close to city centre.
We're also happy to buddy up with the right person and look for a 2 bedroom place together :).
Our move in date is the start of September (1st-3rd) or the 12th/13th. We will be in Bulgaria from the 5th-12th, so would ideally like to secure a place before then. Our budget is between £650-£800.
We are clean, tidy, and respectful house mates who have shared apartments for a long time now both in Aus and here in the UK. We're both professionals, and live quite busy and active lives so we enjoy relaxing and living peacefully, but also enjoy a social outing every now and then.
