Room wanted for friendly creative professional

Hello!

I am a young professional working in a creative business. I have been commuting part time for a few months, and will be moving to full time in late March / April depending on when I can move. I'd be working 4 or 5 days a week, likely one of those days from home.

I chose a photo that doesn't show me clearly, as I'd like to show I'm a real person but I really don't like putting my face online!

My workplace is in CB4 so I am looking for a room in the area or with walking, cycling or bus access.

I am careful to be clean and tidy, and looking to live with other clean people. I have limited energy for household cleaning but as long as it's shared fairly, I can manage. Access to a dishwasher would be a huge benefit. I'd prefer to live with up to 3 other people. I can't live somewhere anyone smokes, or a room that has been smoked in recently, sorry!

I've found I'm most comfortable in a mixed gender and/or mainly LGBT+ household. I'm happy if there are pets in the house, especially a cat...! I'm a quiet, friendly person, sociable but not in a party way. I'm more of an early bird but don't mind living with other routines. I enjoy plants and the outdoors, bugs (I will rescue you from spiders), reading (SFF and non-fiction), crafts, art and design and music.

I'm a vegetarian but happy to live with people who aren't. If you have a rice cooker I would politely request to borrow/share it. If nobody does I will be getting my own one. I love rice.
