Hi!
I'm a PhD student from Portugal looking for a double room or an ensuite.
I'm doing my PhD in Chemistry in Porto/Portugal, and I'll do part of my work plan at Manchester Metropolitan University from the 1st of June to the 30th of November 2026. These are the move-in and move-out dates.
My budget is around £900 per month, including bills. Ideally, I'd like a room with a private bathroom or an ensuite in a shared flat, but I don't mind sharing the bathroom with one person, if needed.
I'm looking for a comfortable, organised, and clean flat with a friendly, easy-going female roommate. Also, a flat that is well-connected by public transport, so I can get to MMU.
About me: I'm 28 years old, Brazilian, living in Portugal. I don't smoke, and I'm clean, easy to get along with and very respectful. I love to travel, cook, listen to music, and watch films and TV series, so I'll love to chat about these things! I also like pets, so if you have one, it's not a problem for me.
Additionally, I'm moving in by myself, but my fiancée will occasionally visit me and stay for 1 week at a time over 2 or 3 months (just a short stay), so I hope it's not a problem! Also, it can be discussed and agreed upon beforehand.
