Graduate looking for a house/flat share

Hi,

In June 26 I'll be relocating to Birmingham from Reading to start a grad job in the city centre.

I'm looking for a double room in a shared house/flat that is ideally no more than half an hour walk away from New St. I will be bringing my car so parking would be fantastic, but I can rent a space if not.

A bit about me - I'm 22 and will be working for a property company 9-5. In my spare time, I go to a lot of gigs, I play in a couple of bands and enjoy the gym. I'm used to house-sharing as I've been living with mates the last two years at uni.

If anyone has got a room going, or is also looking for a similar thing and want to meet up for a pint, please let me know.
