2 creatives looking for a third flatmate

Hello! We are two young women (and cat) who are looking for a third friendly and likeminded flatmate to rent with! We are looking from May onwards!
We would like someone who is genuinely clean, tidy, and quiet, but who equally would like to join in with dinners and hang out every so often.
We are both artists so we would be painting, print making, sewing and drawing often in the flat and you would be welcome to join in <3
Queer friendly household!
Looking to find a place in these locations : South/South East London:
Camberwell, Brixton, Tulse Hill, Streatham, Peckham, Nunhead, New Cross, Deptford, Dulwich, Lewisham and the surrounding areas.
Our budget is 700-750 per month each (so £2250 total not inc bills).

I am 25, grew up in London but lived in Surrey as a teenager.
I am an artist and studied BA Fine art at Chelsea UAL and MFA Curating at Goldsmiths.
Currently working as a creative study assistant for disabled students.
I have a 2 year old female indoor cat called Parsley. She’s extremely well behaved, I have rented with her before, she is shy at first then friendly once she knows you :) So you must like cats hehe. She doesn’t get on with other animals (including cats) so please don’t message if you already have pets.
I am very clean, organised, and value honesty and social/spatial awareness. I love medieval history and in my free time I like to go mudlarking and watching documentaries!

I am a 24 year old artist from South London.
I am currently working full time as a print editioner. I studied Fine Art at the Slade School of Fine Art, UCL.
In my free time I love crafting, rock climbing and going to gigs. I am a great vegetarian cook and plant mum!
