MSc Student/ part-time employed Female with a gsd

Hi Im Ange, currently reside in Heanor, but looking for a double room or self contained apartment/annex in or around Ilkeston, Heanor, Eastwood, Giltbrook, Wollaton area for myself and my 10 year old dog. Jax is a bit set in his ways and would prefer to be the only pet but loves fuss from humans.

I am currently doing my masters in psychology at the university of Nottingham (completing that in Sep 2026), I also work part-time offer per services, and I teach/assist teaching Brazilian Jujitsu to children in Ilkeston.

I am very clean, polite, tidy and ensure all my bills are paid on time. I am also a non-smoker and occasionally drinker (although needs to be a very good occasion)
I don’t have any bad credit and can offer a guarantor if required.
I’m very active, and enjoy being out doors doing adventures- but just looking for a secure place to call home with my dog while we find out r feet after our circumstances changed.
