Room / Studio Flat Wanted – MK8 Area

Hi everyone,

I’m currently looking for a room or studio flat to rent in or around the MK8 area. Ideally, I’d like to stay within the local area as both myself and my cat are settled here and familiar with the surroundings.

What I’m looking for:
• Double room preferred (but a single room would also be considered)
• Pet-friendly accommodation (for one cat)
• Furnished property
• Washing machine and tumble dryer included (if possible)
• All bills included
• Suitable parking available
• Available from August

A little about me:
I’m a full-time professional working in education, clean, tidy, respectful, and easy to get along with. I always pay my rent on time and am happy to provide references and a deposit if required.

My cat is primarily an outdoor cat, very well behaved, and spends most of his time outside exploring the local area.
