Central Lincoln room – 1 month, open to longer

Hi, I’m Evan, a self employed postgraduate looking for a furnished room in a clean, modern, well maintained house share within a 10 minute walk of Lincoln city center. Friendly, considerate housemates and a comfortable shared living space would be ideal.

I’m looking for an initial one month stay from 21 September to 21 October, and I’d be happy to extend if the place is a good fit. I can commit to the first month, but don’t want to agree to a longer minimum term upfront.

I’m happy to pay a higher monthly rate in exchange for this flexibility, rather than expecting the same price as a long term let. If I extend beyond the first month, I’d ideally like an agreed two week notice period.

My maximum budget is £1,200 for the month, including all bills and Wi-Fi, with any premium for flexibility included within that budget.

If 21 September isn’t possible, please let me know the closest available move in date. I’m already in Lincoln and available to view promptly.
