Friendly professional + sweet small dog seeking Fu

Hi,

I’m 35 and relocating from Italy to London at the end of March for a full-time role in Sales Enablement within the luxury automotive sector. I’ll be working in Fulham, so I’m ideally looking for a place in Fulham, Hammersmith, Putney, West Kensington or nearby.

I’m tidy, respectful and used to sharing with other professionals. I’ve previously lived in France, Scotland and the US, so I adapt easily and value a calm, well-balanced home environment. I enjoy the gym, cooking (happy to share Italian dinners), and the occasional glass of wine or movie night, but I also appreciate personal space and routine.

I’ll be moving with my small dog (corgi-type). He’s fully house-trained, quiet, affectionate and very used to apartment living. I’m very responsible and mindful about keeping shared spaces clean and comfortable.

Ideally looking for:
– 12-month agreement
– 2–4 professional flatmates
– En-suite or good-sized double
– Budget up to £1,200–£1,250 depending on setup
