Specialist Student Mentor looking for a nice house

I am a 33 year old Student Mentor and Artist looking for a double room let in Brighton from late September onwards. I am open to either short or long term and can be flexible with this date if we feel its a good match!

I am friendly, compassionate, clean and tidy. I love keeping my home cosy and nicely decorated. I enjoy nature walks, yoga, cooking and baking, music, reading, gardening and creative activities. I go out to meet friends, go to gigs, pubs and the cinema but don't party often and will keep it out of the house if I do. Non-smoker and infrequent drinker. Socialist, vegan, queer and neuro-divergence positive.

I work from home so need to be able to come and go throughout the day. I have friends and family in Brighton and have lived there before so know my way around, but would love a house where we keep to ourselves when we need but enjoy spending time together too!
