Room in exeter for me and my partner

Me and my boyfriend are both going to Exeter University, I'm going to do a maths Masters and he is going to do a bachelors in physics. I am fluent in Polish and am currently learning French and he is amazing at guitar. We are both quiet and calm individuals just looking for a calm space with friendly roommates (or no roommates) and some privacy. We would love an ensuite (not necessary) up to an hours walk away from the town centre/uni (must). We are both very responsible and wouldn't mind living in a family home and both love pets so if you do have a pet we can always help take care of them!
