Looking For Buddy Up or Spare Room

My name is David. I’m 33, gay and I’m looking for a flat in town or someone to buddy up with so we can find a nice place that we can call our own.
I work in the city centre for Selfridges, full time. I’ve lived in Manchester for over 7 years but recently moved back to my family home for a few months to save a bit of money. You can probably relate to the fact that Manchester has become quite an expensive city now. But I'm looking forward to moving back into the city again as I do miss the lifestyle.

I’m willing to pay £750 of my share of the rent. From experience, bills and council tax will usually be over £250.

I’m pretty chilled, love to have a laugh and enjoy socialising. That could be over a drink, meal or a simple catch up in the living room together. I do like my own space too and sometimes need to settle down after work.
I’m clean and respectful. You should be too.
