36M moving to London looking for a double

Relocating from Montreal on a Youth Mobility Scheme visa with savings ready for rent and deposit. My background is in cybersecurity. I currently work in event catering and plan to continue that in London while getting back into tech.

At home I'm quiet and I often spend my reading, working on IT projects, or listening to music (headphones on). I don't drink but I'm happy to go to the pub, just not looking for a party house. I keep a clean, organized space and stay on top of shared responsibilities without being asked.

I get on best with people who take a similar approach to shared living, are respectful, a bit collaborative, and good with boundaries. I'm happy to share meals or have a movie night in, but equally fine with everyone doing their own thing. Ideally one or two flatmates rather than a full house.

Gardening is a big hobby of mine so access to outdoor space would be a bonus.

Open to a short-term sublet or rolling contract to start, happy to stay longer if the fit is right. Budget around £750, flexible for the right place. Need to be in by 24th March and a flexible move-in date would be appreciated. Double room preferred, en suite if possible.
