Professional Seeking Room in or near Whitstable

I am a 37 year old professional IT consultant who needs to work from home. Therefore need a bedroom that can accomodate an IT workstation or would be able to set-up elsewhere in the house. I have a very small dog although, if pets are not permitted, I would consider making other arrangements for her if necessary. Happy to commit to a minimum tenancy of 3 or 6 month.
