Planning to move to Leeds in April

Hi there,

I'm James. I'm planning to move to Leeds from the 1st April onwards. The family home has just been sold and my parents and companion animals are moving to the coast, while I have decided to stay in the West Yorkshire area.

I wouldn't mind living in Leeds itself, the surrounding areas, or maybe even York. I wouldn't mind being a lodger or simply renting a room in a large house-share or flat. I'm open-minded when it comes to the monthly rent (obviously depends on area, etc).

Some things about me: I'm currently an Appropriate Adult (volunteering), so being based in Leeds would be ideal. The role also included passing an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check (DBS). I'd also plan on getting full-time work in the city itself. I enjoy learning languages (I speak Italian at an intermediate level) and consider myself a friendly, polite and understanding person. I'm vegan, tee-total and a non-smoker.
