Two professionals (27) looking for a new flat!

We’re Ben & Caleb, two friends from school that grew up near Newcastle. Caleb’s current London flat expires May 7th (presently in Brixton), so we’re shooting to start a new tenancy around that time

We’re fairly flexible re location providing we’ll be close to the Northern or Victoria line, although with a preference for South / SW London

Ideally looking for 2-3 other housemates around a similar age, who want to be friends as well as housemates. We can pay £700-£800 each per month

A bit about us:

I’m Ben, currently living in a small town outside Newcastle & working in Sales. I play Football regularly as well as go to the gym and i’m also really into running when my knee permits it… Also very much into films, chill time watching tv as well as nights out

I’ve lived up north for the last 2 years and finally making the jump to the big city. My girlfriend lives in London, as well as other friends from uni & school, so while i’m looking to make friends as housemates, won’t be fully dependent on them.

Definitely a clean & tidy person, and respectful of other peoples space, but looking for a sociable house where we can have fun as well work hard / concentrate on our careers

I'm Caleb, I'm a writer and shop manager. Into reading, watching films, TV and hanging out with my friends, most of which live in London. Enjoy running and making the most of the city's green spaces/galleries.

My girlfriend lives up North and works from home - when she visits it might be for an extended period of 1-2 weeks. But im always up for socialising when I'm not working or writing, and definitely looking for a chill, clean space.
