Looking for a long term stay in a homey flat

Hi all!
I am looking to find a room in a flat ideally to move in from April onwards (though I am flexible with this). A 26 year old professional.
My friends would describe me as bubbly and very easy to get on with. I love a good chat over wine but I also really understand the value of personal space. Having lived with flatmates for the past 8 years I know the importance of respecting boundaries and keeping shared spaces clean. The most important thing to me is feeling comfortable with who you live with!
