Looking for a Room or People to Buddy Up With 🏡

Hi everyone!

I’m a young professional currently on the lookout for a new place to call home. I’m open to either joining an existing house share or buddying up with a couple of like-minded people to find somewhere together.

📍 Preferred areas: Fulham or Putney
📅 Move-in: Mid-April
💷 Budget: Around £1,100 pcm (flexible for the right place!)

I’m ideally looking for somewhere with a little bit of outdoor space — a garden or terrace would be such a bonus 🌿

I do have my own furniture, but I can absolutely be flexible depending on the space.

A little about me:

I work in Real Estate and I’m usually out 5–6 days a week, so I don’t work from home and won’t need extra desk space.

I’ve been in London for nearly two years and still feel like there’s so much left to explore! I love a good riverside walk or run, discovering new neighbourhoods, and trying out different spots around the city.

I’m always up for a coffee shop catch-up or a sunny pub trip ☀️

At home, I’m respectful, tidy, and very mindful of shared spaces — I always clean up after myself and value a calm, comfortable living environment.

Ideally, I’d love to live somewhere that feels like a home rather than just a house share — a place where we can hang out, cook together, host the occasional dinner or brunch, and enjoy cosy movie nights. That said, I also really respect personal space and everyone having their own routines and lives.
