Reliable working mum seeking room in Edenbridge

I’m looking for a double room for myself, with my two children staying with me on alternate weeks as I share custody with their dad.

I’m an assistant manager at a local coffee shop and work full time, most days from early morning until late afternoon. I can move in immediately, can pay a deposit and one month’s rent in advance, and can provide a reference from my employer.

My budget is £850 max per month including bills, and I’m looking for a temporary arrangement while I secure a long-term home for myself and my children.

My children are aged 8 and 10. They attend primary school locally and are part of the local Scout group. They are very polite, well-behaved, and used to a calm routine. We enjoy cooking, reading, and quiet evenings. They go to bed around 7:30–8pm and read quietly before sleeping. They stay with me alternate weeks, so half of the time it would just be me in the house.

I’m reliable, tidy, respectful, and easy to live with. I’m a non-smoker and non-drinker, and I value a peaceful, clean home environment. I love cooking, gardening, walking, and communal living.

I’m also very handy with DIY and gardening, and would be more than happy to help with maintenance, repairs, or garden care (I'm also a professional gardener / food grower).

I’m considerate of others’ space and privacy and am looking for a calm, friendly household.
