29yo Media Professional - Seeks hi-spec near river

Hi, I'm Curtis. I'm 29, working full-time as Head of Podcasting at a media agency in London.

I run a podcast studio out of Bermondsey and manage a network of shows. Before that I spent 15+ years in content creation and talent management, built a YouTube channel to a quarter of a million subscribers, then moved agency side managing talent and athletes.

I work a lot. I'm usually at the studio or out most evenings, and busy for chunks of the weekend too. When I am home, I'm either cooking something proper and watching something, or crashed out with a podcast on. I'm not the flatmate who's in your way, but I'm not a ghost either. Will never say no to a Guiness if I’m around, always up for a chat, a laugh, watching the football or making new friends.

Outside of work: I'm big into football (it's a huge part of my job and my life), I want to get back into Tennis & start padel, and I like good food - will cook for all, especially if you clean… and fond of not taking things too seriously.

Looking for somewhere close to Jubilee/Windrush lines or a bus to Bermondsey (15-30 min commute!) that actually feels like a home.

Clean, comfortable, good energy. Not a party house, not a library. Just sound people who are respectful of shared spaces, up for being social when the moment's right, and happy doing their own thing too.
