The great house hunt

Recently moved to London from Cheltenham, I’m a carpenter, I’m in the office/site 5 days a week sometimes more, I’m into all sports especially running and squash, I go to the gym through the week, always keen to cook and try new recipes and also keen to go for pints and make new mates,
What I’m looking for - Friendly housemates who are up for a chat and sometimes food together in the evenings but equally the respect of each others down time, a clean house is important to me so no dumps please, looking for a place that I can call home not just a party house
