Hi, I am a 29-year-old professional working for a South London council seeking a double room around Peckham Rye and surrounding area but not that picky, Ideally a sociable 3 bed. Near a tube line

I am friendly, tidy, and enjoy going out whether that’s sports, nerd stuff like board game cafes or just pub after work and a chill but also respectful of people’s alone time. I have a budget of £1,000 (including bills, ideally!).

I’m fairly busy throughout the week with the gym, work, and my social life, but I’m keen to find housemates who want to actually live together and be mates.

I’m office-based 2–3 days a week, so desk space in the room is preferred.
