Hi, I’m Tiyana, 27, full-time professional working in building coordination/management. I’m currently planning a move for April / early May and looking for a double room with my own private bathroom/ensuite in the Croydon and surrounding south london area.

I live a pretty balanced lifestyle, gym during the week (so yes, there will be meal prep containers in the fridge 😂), a big glass of wine, a good series or book to wind down and going out with my friends. I’m sociable and friendly, but I also really value my own space and a calm home environment.

I’m clean, respectful and considerate, I like a home that feels peaceful, tidy and positive.

I’m ideally looking to join a household that’s friendly and easygoing, where everyone gets along but also has their own routines and independence. I’d love somewhere I can settle long-term rather than something short-term or temporary.
