Decently sized room to finish my Uni course

I’m currently looking for a place to stay up to the end of my final term at University, as my current lease ends in April and I’m looking for a slightly larger room to have my own setup within. I may consider a longer term pending job offers etc post-Uni however I’m not looking for a long-term commitment past the summer at this specific point in time.

I’m a big football fan and love making music, so anyone with similar interests please drop me a message! (I’m very considerate about noise so I won’t be blasting any music at 2AM!)

I’m also very careful about hygiene and cleanliness so would wish to be with others who are similarly careful with keeping the shared areas in the house neat and tidy. Equally, I don’t smoke and would appreciate living with others who also don’t smoke.
