Kingston Uni Student Seeking Friendly House

Hi, I’m Davina, a second-year Real Estate Management student at Kingston University looking for a furnished room from October 2026 to July 2027.

I’m quite social and would love to live in a friendly house where we can cook together sometimes, have movie nights, or go out occasionally. At the same time, I’m focused on achieving strong grades, so I really value a calm and respectful environment during busy academic periods.

I work part-time locally alongside my studies, so I have a steady routine and I’m responsible with rent and bills. I’m tidy, organised and mindful of shared spaces.

Ideally, I’m looking for somewhere in Kingston/Norbiton with good transport links to Kingston Hill campus and the town centre.

I’d love to live with people who enjoy a social atmosphere but also respect each other’s space and goals.
