Young professional looking for somewhere

I spend most of my time at my work as I run a sales and marketing company which takes up most of my time just need somewhere to sleep. I am clean and don’t really cook so not any washing up. I spend my evenings out with friends but home will be spent by myself as I need that after work. Adequate space is fine, en-suite preferred but not a deal breaker
