Looking for a room

Hi! My name is Juan Ignacio, I’m 24 years old, and I’m moving from Spain to London to complete an engineering internship at Imperial College London from April 1st until September 30th.

As I’ll be working a professional schedule, I am looking for a quiet, well-ordered, and mature household. Ideally, the room would be within a reasonable commute to South Kensington. I value a space that feels like a 'Home'.

I also value a healthy and active lifestyle. I’m a keen runner and have recently taken up bouldering. I also enjoy cooking and experimenting. I’m a non-smoker with no pets, and I truly love exploring London’s diverse culture and hidden corners.

I am deeply committed to the daily upkeep of my surroundings, strictly following a 'clean-as-you-go' rule to ensure that all common areas remain peaceful, tidy, and welcoming for everyone. While I always enjoy a friendly chat over coffee or sharing a meal, I am equally mindful of personal boundaries and fully respect the need for a quiet, professional living environment at the end of the day.
