Looking for warehouse living space

Hi! I’m 24 and currently a student, alongside working part-time as a barista and focusing on my art practice. I keep a pretty balanced routine between study, work and creative projects, so I’m independent and used to managing my time well.

I’m ideally looking for a warehouse-style or creative home with character and good energy rather than a typical flatshare. I’m quite artsy and a bit alternative, but very respectful and easy to live with. I do enjoy going out and socialising now and then, but I really value having a calm, clean and comfortable space to come home to. I’m tidy in shared areas and considerate about noise and routines.

I’m hoping to move late April / early May, but I can be flexible for the right place. I have a UK guarantor ready and can provide references or documents quickly.

I also have one very sweet indoor cat who’s fully litter-trained and well-behaved. I completely understand pets can be a concern, so I’m happy to chat about any arrangements that would make everyone feel comfortable.
