2 female professionals looking to rent

Hi! Two long-term friends and now colleagues are looking for somewhere to rent in North London, preferably Finsbury Park, Stoke Newington, Crouch Hill, Tufnell, Archway. Manor House, and Clissord Park area but not exclusive to those areas. Our budget is between 1900-2250 a month (if bills are not included, then preferably on the 1900/2000 side). We work from home sometimes and we are nice neighbours we don’t host parties, maybe invite a few friends round for dinner here and there. We work in the same place and get on really well (best friends for 9 years, so we can go in on a joint tenancy also).
