Student and employee looking for a single room

Hi, I’m a third-year university student currently working as a Store Assistant at M&S. I’ve recently started living independently and I’m now looking for a comfortable room to rent.

I’m responsible, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. I balance my time between university and work, so I tend to keep a structured routine. In my free time, I enjoy staying fit, exercising, and reading.

A single bedroom is absolutely fine for me, I’m mainly looking for a clean, calm, and friendly environment where I can focus on my studies and work. I’m easygoing, considerate, and happy to live with students or professionals.
