Professional couple looking for a flat with garden

Hi there! Nick and I are looking for a 1-2 bedroom flat in West or South West London. We are both professionals working in London and need to find a place to move in from early April.

We are looking for a cute place to live with our cat Nara who has been with us for 7 years, she's super well behaved.

Here are a few things we are looking for:
* Self-contained 1-2 Bedroom Flat
* Garden or Patio for our cat
* Semi or unfurnished (we have some furniture)
* 10-15 mins walk to a train station
* £1450-£1750 pcm (excluding bills)
* £1850-£2050 pcm (including bills)
* Move in date 5-7 April 2026
* 6-12 months stay

We are available for viewings weekdays from 5.30pm and on weekends any time.
