Tattoo Artist Seeking Chill, Respectful Household

I’m 27 and a self-employed tattoo artist currently living in the Salisbury area, and look to move to Portsmouth to go back to University in September.

I’m looking for a place to stay while my partner and I are waiting for the finalisation of our house purchase, because of this, unfortunately, I am unsure of how long my stay will be, as the house purchase process, can be very variable in terms of time. So I am looking for a place with a flexible moving out date.

I usually work or am in Uni between 9-5 , though my days can vary since I’m self-employed.
I’m creative and really into music (both playing and listening, always at a considerate volume). I’m clean, respectful of shared spaces, reliable with bills, and value open communication. I don’t have pets, but I’m absolutely happy to live with animals of any kind. I’m looking for a relaxed, friendly household with good vibes and mutual respect.

My ideal space would have an en-suite, but this isn’t a must. I would prefer living in a house share with at least one other female.
