I am happy with a small single furnished room in north part of West Brom, or HillTop. I don't spend much time in kitchen etc. I'm oldish but fit and mobile, look after myself, have wife's relations nearby. Botanical Research on Himalayan plants, written many books and research-papers, born in South Wales, lived 40 years in Nepal, associated with Nat. Hist. Museum and Edinburgh Bot. Garden, much travelled, family (Nepalese) living in Portugal.
I am generally quiet, happy to meet friends or to be writing at home, go out occasionally in day-time to eat, often eat microwaved food. I speak English, Nepali, French, some Portuguese, a little Hindi.
Will apply for housing benefit (can be direct to landord) and I have pension guarantee credit.
