We don’t drink much, only occasionally, and we’re respectful and tidy in shared spaces.
Our budget is £500–£600 for a room or £750–£800 for a flat/studio.
We may get a cat in the future or possibly a small dog (depending on whether pets are allowed). We’re responsible tenants and ready to move soon.
