Professional Project Manager Looking for a Room

Hi, I’m Doa, 25 years old. I recently finished my Master’s and I’m now working full-time as a Design Project Manager in Bristol, Ham Green.

I work four days a week from the office and one day from home, so having a small workspace or desk area would be ideal (either in my room or in a shared area). I keep a fairly structured routine during the week and value a clean, calm and respectful home environment.

I’m a friendly and sociable person and enjoy spending time with housemates from time to time, for example having a glass of wine and a chat or doing activities together. That said, I’m not really into large house parties and I prefer a place where people are mindful of noise, especially at night, as I like to keep a regular sleep routine.

Ideally I’d prefer to share with one other person, but I’d also be happy to consider a household of up to three people.

My budget is around £800–£900 including bills, although I’m open to discussing slightly higher depending on the place.

I’m looking to move sometime in April, but I’m flexible with the exact date. I’m not in a rush, I’m mainly looking to move because my current place is quite far from work.

Ideally the property would be close to one of the stops on the X4 bus route, as that would make commuting much easier for me. I’m also planning to get my driving licence soon and potentially buy a car, so parking availability would be a big plus.

I enjoy going to the gym, cooking at home, and staying active, so I think I’d get along well with someone who has a similar lifestyle.

I also love animals, so if you have a pet that’s absolutely not a problem for me. I’d even be happy to help look after them when needed.
