I’m not a drinker but don’t mind if you are. I’m not into drugs and late nights unless we’re stoned talking about life 🍃 I won’t smoke in the house though and don’t need to live with smokers, as long as you’re cool with it! Ideally I’d want a place with a balcony/garden 🌞

I need a house that feels like a home 🫶 I will want to host friends sometimes, they’re all in their 30s/40s and the absolute best (v chill early night girlies).

I’m in most evenings but need quite a lot of me time. I’m used to having this uninterrupted & would like some mutual agreement so we can each have this. I am l respectful and encouraging of boundaries and need to live with similar people. Similarly, people who are considerate, clean and tidy enough. I don’t mind if your dishes stay on the side for a day or two - I have chronic pain so understand that sometimes washing up needs to wait until you can do it 🥄
