Dalston - professional :)

Hi all!

I’m Qasim, a full time professional. I am looking for a flat share in Dalston specifically - not Stoke Newington or Haggerston (but big love to those areas :D)

Budget: £1200 pcm (including absolutely all bills, council tax), though I am happy to explore flats just above this

Modern: I would prefer a modern flat, but an overall well presentation is what I’m after

Common area: I would like a clean and well presented common area (living room, or a kitchen spacious enough to contain something similar)

I would also prefer an en-suite, but this is not a necessity.

Flatmates: I am looking for a place with a relaxed and communal energy, where shared spaces are inviting but low-pressure.

Interests: I’m into fitness, interior decor, clothes, reading, and music. I also enjoy psychology and philosophy though these are less explored interests.
