23 M looking to either buddy up or a double room

I’m Ezer, a 23 year old joining a fintech in Shoreditch. I’m easy-going, clean, and pretty low maintenance as a flatmate, I keep shared spaces tidy, and happy to adjust to peoples’ reasonable preferences.

I work full-time so I’m out most of the day, but I’m happy to socialise with any flatmates or not depending on their preferences. On weekends I like playing tennis and exploring the rest of London.

Looking for somewhere I can genuinely feel at home, with flatmates who are in a similar headspace and not just looking for shared accommodation. I’m pretty flexible all around but only preference is ideally we’d have individual bathrooms not shared. Otherwise, super flexible and easy going. Ideal move date is May 1st but this is flexible, budget is £1.3k / PCM.
