I'm am a well-educated, active 75-year-old male looking for a long-term, self-contained home. I have spent the last 5 years living in a converted barn in Selborne and love the rural lifestyle. My current landlord is planning to sell the property, so I am looking for my next long-term chapter.
I am a driver with my own car, very independent, and financially secure with excellent references. I am friendly and sociable but deeply respect the privacy of others. I am the ideal "neighbourly" tenant—happy to help with local errands or keep an eye on a property, while maintaining my own independent life.
What I am Looking For
* A self-contained annex, studio, or small cottage.
* Must-haves: Private bathroom and my own kitchenette/cooking facilities.
* Location: East Hampshire/West Sussex/SW Surrey.
* Parking: A space for one car is essential.
Availability
I am flexible on move dates. While my current place is available for the next 15 months, I am ready to move sooner for the right long-term situation.
