Professional seeks quiet, tidy home - PL2 / PL4 /

Hi, I'm Samuel. I am a full-time professional working for Plymouth Community Homes based in Crownhill. I am a quiet, respectful, and reliable individual looking for a new place to call home. I am a non-smoker with no pets and I value a peaceful living environment.
What I am looking for:
I am ideally looking for a 1-bedroom flat, a studio, or a high-quality room in a professional house share.
Budget: Up to £750 pcm.
Location: I prefer PL2, PL4, or PL5 to be within a good commute of my workplace in Crownhill.
Requirements: I do not drive, so being near a bus route is a plus. Since I work for PCH, I have access to furniture, so I am very happy to consider unfurnished properties.
Paperwork & Reliability:
I have a stable income and can provide excellent employer references from Plymouth Community Homes. I am currently in the process of applying for my provisional licence; however, I have my Birth Certificate, P45, and 3 months of bank statements ready for all Right to Rent checks.
Availability:
Looking to move around the end of March. I am available for viewings most weekdays after 4:00 PM.
