Looking for warm and thoughtful people to buddy up

Hey, i'm Joe :)

I looking for warm and thoughtful people to make a safe and friendly home.

My budget is £1000+bills, and I'd like to live with two or three other people.

In terms of warmth, I want a housemate to feel a bit like an old friend. Someone who is caring and we can enjoy easy low effort time together, as well as occasional fun.

Day to day, i'm not expecting it to be super sociable, as I like my own flow. But definitely a warm feeling, where we could relax in the living room together, watch a tv series or the occasional film we’re excited for.

I’d also enjoy going for a run, a walk around the park, or sharing a couple of new songs we’re into. I also love silliness, like kitchen discos, karaoke and dressing up fun, but it's not my priority in a home.

In terms of thoughtfulness, I really value thoughtfulness of how we live in the house being nice for each other. Tidiness.. sharing the space equally.. and asking agreement to make changes, for example. I think it's really important that our expectations match on these things.

If some conflict does come up, doing our best to be caring and find compromise.

A bit more about me...

I work in the video game industry doing marketing and PR.

I'd say I am kind, friendly and emotionally intelligent.

My main sources of joy are music, dance and sport. I love listening to my music and dancing around my room (with headphones!), as well as checking out events from different music cultures. I also love playing tennis or football in the park. It's the play, fun and community of all these things that I value, and the mental health benefits from that :)
