Solopreneur looking for a home (with 2 kittens)

My name is Lena and I relocated to London from Ukraine 3+ months ago. I work in social media strategy, content creation, as well as wine and tour guiding. My work is mostly online, so I’m looking for a calm, comfortable home where I can live and work peacefully.

A little about me:
I’m tidy, responsible, and respectful of any property I live in. My lifestyle is quiet — I enjoy writing, working on my laptop, reading, running, and exploring London. I don’t smoke. I also enjoy good wine occasionally (I have a wine qualification and am always happy to appreciate a good bottle).
I will be moving with my two kittens, Sherlock Holmes and James Murriarty. They are affectionate, playful, and well-behaved. Both are litter-trained, vaccinated, and mostly sleep, play, or quietly keep me company while I work.

I am ideally looking for:
• a private studio or one-bedroom flat
• or a calm and friendly flatshare (depending on budget and availability)
• a clean, well-maintained home
• good transport connections
• a long-term rental
• pet-friendly accommodation

I take great care of any place I live in and treat it as my home. I can provide references if required and am ready to move within a reasonable timeframe.
