Hi! I’m looking for a studio or small 1-bed flat in Canterbury starting around September for university.
I’m a responsible student and will be studying at University for the Creative Arts. My budget is around £900 per month and I’m looking for somewhere long-term.
I do have a very well-behaved indoor cat, so I’m ideally looking for a pet-friendly landlord or someone open to discussing it. She is quiet, clean, fully litter trained and well looked after.
I’m tidy, respectful and take good care of where I live. Happy to provide references if needed.
