Reliable flatmate looking for a peaceful room

I am a professional dog groomer looking to rent a room long term. I am flexible and reliable. I am out most of the time due to work, friends or exercising! I have a dog that i won’t be bringing with me permanently but will need to take care of him from time to time if my mum cannot, so will need someone who is comfortable with pets.
I would also like to be able to have friends/my mum over.
Must have parking and wifi and amenities like washing machine, cooker, fridge etc
I’d like a room with bills included as well.
I do prefer to share with females.
I have set a date to move in from but that is also flexible as am not in a rush. I’m an easygoing person and i am looking forward to speaking with anyone who would like to have me in their home !! :)
