Looking for chill house share

I’m a 24 year old undergrad (technically mature 💔) student looking for either an existing house/flat share or people to buddy up with and find a place together.

I’m currently studying Music and Sound Production at BIMM, and I work part time at the Co-op. I love cooking and baking so I’ll likely have food to share most of the time. Ideally I’d like to live in a social house that shares dinners occasionally and chills in a shared living area but I also like my alone time. I very rarely go clubbing but I occasionally like to go to gigs as well as pubs/bars (especially when summer comes around). I’m also trying to work out more often and get back into the gym so anyone willing to be a gym buddy is a bonus!

As a music producer, I would be playing/making music a lot of the time but, to be honest, I mainly produce in headphones; I occasionally check my mixes in studio monitors/speakers but never at an antisocial volume!
