28y/o looking for friend and flatmate

Hey! I’m a part-time PhD student studying Literature and part-time English teacher. Can find a new contract from June 2026. After doing some multiple occupancy HMOs around Cambridge, I’d really like to find a likeminded person to do a shared occupancy with. I’d like to find a two bedroom flat, relatively accessible to the centre of Cambridge - Mill Road area is one of my favourite areas in Cambridge. £825 is around my limit when it comes to rent.

I’d love to meet and chat to find out if there is compatibility for friendship and co-living! My interests are cultural and artsy - currently making some short films with a local group and on a poetry committee for a local group - as well as being interested in nature, walking/hiking, and bouldering. Also into outreach and local charity work. My day to day means I tend to do work at home studying, and make very little noise in the home at night or evenings. It’d be nice to find someone who wanted to watch some TV to chill out some evenings or go on some nature walks in spring.
